Jabar Shumate
The Hon. Jabar Shumate is a former Oklahoma state senator and state representative. He is currently the Vice President for The Office of University Community at the University of Oklahoma. He has been an advocate for kids trapped in low-performing schools and has fought for increased funding for public education.
