Charles C. W. Cooke: A Return to Federalism
October 9 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
FreeOur founders always intended for the United States to operate under a federalist system, wherein states and local communities, not Washington, have say in how they are run. Today, however, there is an effort to homogenize power by having the federal government take precedence over localities. Cooke will explain why this effort to centralize is antithetical to our founding mores, and why we should reverse course on this troubling trend.
