Health Care Ownership Index

Over at Statehousecall.org, John Graham links to his new index ranking states on "health care ownership." Missouri comes in 32nd. He takes into account various factors such as regulations of the health insurance market and of medical services.

Maybe Missouri will do better now that HSAs are going to be more widely available.
