MNEA’S Initiative Petitions: Out with School Choice and In with Lawsuits

To date, the Missouri Secretary of State has received nearly 130 applications for initiatives to be added to the November 2020 ballot. Six of them were submitted by the Missouri NEA, a large teachers’ union in the state. The Show-Me Institute submitted comments on these six during the required comment period.
