Earlier this week, Susan Pendergrass wrote a blog post addressing some of the criticisms levied by The Kansas City Star editorial board about a bill that creates an Empowerment Scholarship Accounts (ESA) program in Missouri:
Big shock—now that the Missouri legislature has finally created a program to give school choice to students from low-income families and students with disabilities, the misinformation campaign against the program has begun.
