While my colleagues are blogging about beauty pageant winners, the Desperate Housewives TV show, and Panera Bread, I thought I would cover something substantive. But I may be out of luck. The main story on the Post-Dispatch website reports that people are unhappy about construction on highway 40. No kidding.
