Back on Dec. 30, I appeared on KOPN radio in Columbia to discuss tolls, public-private partnerships, and more on News at Five with Steve Spellman. We discussed the recent study written by Dr. Ken Small for the Show-Me Institute, as well as my prior study dealing with these topics.
