DESCRIPTION:Missouri’s Future – A Next Gen Policy Deep Dive  \nWe’re bringing Show-Me Institute’s experts to you for an evening built for the next generation of Missouri leaders. Join us as we discuss two timely issues shaping Missouri’s future. \nData Centers – Data center proposals are emerging across Missouri and your local governments are making decisions right now based on potential benefits such as investment\, jobs\, and tax-base growth against concerns about electricity demand\, water usage\, noise\, and land use. Director of Municipal Policy David Stokes and Senior Policy Analyst Avery Frank will discuss how municipalities can evaluate these projects to benefit taxpayers. \nPublic School Personnel Boom and the Teacher Pipeline – Since 2000\, growth in teaching and administrative staff has greatly outpaced growth in student enrollment.
