Show-Me Institute Seeks Fall Interns April 25, 2007
ST. LOUIS—The Show-Me Institute announced its fall internship program today.
"A Show-Me Institute Internship is an great way to learn about a career in public policy," says editor Tim Lee. "Interns will roll up their sleeves and study the challenges facing the state of Missouri on topics such as education, taxes, and property rights."
The summer internship runs from August to December and will be held at the Institute's offices in downtown Clayton. Interns receive a modest stipend.
"Because we're a 'small shop,' our interns can expect hands-on involvement in a wide variety of Show-Me Institute activities," Lee says. "We'll also help them develop their research and writing skills, and to make connections that will prove invaluable to a future career in public policy."
Applications are available online. The application deadline is June 15.
